Because our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we follow standard POD return rules.

Eligible issues (we’ll fix it)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To file a claim, email support@unikky.com with:
• order number
• clear photos of the issue
• short description

✅ If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund (depending on the case).

Not eligible (typical POD rule)

We generally do not accept returns/refunds for:
• wrong size selected by customer
• change of mind / buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong color/style
• normal variations in color due to screen differences (minor)

Lost packages / carrier problems

If your package appears lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us. We’ll guide you through the carrier/fulfillment claim process.

Important notes
• Do not send items back without contacting us first (return addresses vary by fulfillment location).
• Refund timing depends on your payment provider/bank.
